K.A. Badarinath is Director and Chief Executive of Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS). With over 37 years distinguished journalistic experience, he has held senior editorial roles in leading newspapers such as Financial Chronicle, Financial Express, Hindustan Times and Economic Times. He writes for several national, regional and global publications like CFO Asia, Global Finance Magazine, The Economist etc. He’s a blogger, writer, thinker and teacher, all rolled into one. In addition to his leadership at CIHS, he serves as visiting professor at several media, communication, management institutes. His research spans key areas including economic development, governance, accountability and international relations. He serves as a member on the Boards of Management at Indira Gandhi National Open University (New Delhi), Makhanlal Chaturvedi National Media University for Journalism and Communication (Bhopal) and Indian Institute of Mass Communication (New Delhi)
Rahul is Director of Research at Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS). A law graduate from University of Edinburgh, Scotland and Maastricht University, Netherlands. He is an international criminal lawyer specialising in forensics, criminology and psychology. With over 10 years experience, Rahul has worked with leading global institutions such as United Nations Millennium Campaign, UN Women, United Nations Development Programme, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, CARE India and National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Government of India in Europe, West Asia and India. He has also served as Research Fellow at Rajya Sabha, Parliament of India. A recipient of prestigious Karamveer Chakra, Rahul is a recognised gender equality advocate by UN Women and TEDx curator. His research focuses on international law, psychology, security, technology and future of warfare.
Pratik is a policy and international relations enthusiast who has served as National Convenor of Think India, a student organization of premier institutions in India. Born and brought up in Gujarat, he graduated from NIT Surat and worked as a Research Associate at IIM Ahmedabad. His areas of interests are Geopolitics, Education, and Public Policy. He has worked on research projects for The Parliament of India, the Indo-German Centre for Sustainability (IIT Madras), and Cultural Agents (Harvard University). He has published a report on public health at IIM Ahmedabad. He represented India at the 6th BRICS Youth Summit 2020 (Ulyanovsk, Russia). He has delivered keynote lectures at ECOSOC Youth Forum, BRICS Youth SDG Forum, and top IITs, NITs, and other national institutions. He has been conferred with Young Achievement Award 2019 by NIT Surat. Pratik enjoys traveling to and exploring new places, listening to classical music, and interacting with people from various spheres of life.
Pummy serves as Head of Operations at Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS). A graduate in Sciences from Kashmir University, she brings over 25 years of corporate experience in office management and administration. Pummy’s expertise spans content curation for media houses, client liaison roles with prominent publication houses and management of inter-departmental teams. In addition to her professional work, she enjoys reading and light music during her leisure time.
Rohan is manager content at Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS). Currently pursuing a PhD in Mass Communication and Journalism from Amity University, Gwalior, he holds a degree in Communication and Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi. With over five years of experience, Rohan has served as Executive Editor of India First magazine and has worked extensively in media and public relations. His writing focuses on public diplomacy, global conflicts, and international relations.
Avdesh is Social Media manager at Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS). A Google-certified digital marketer, he specialises in SEO, SMO and digital marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. With over four years of experience Avdesh also brings expertise in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) as well as skills in HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress and custom management systems.
Vivek is the Outreach Manager at the Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS) in New Delhi. A graduate of the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education, Vivek brings over ten years of experience in the corporate sector and four years navigating the social media and new media landscapes. He excels at building meaningful connections with influencers, both in person and across various platforms. Beyond his corporate expertise, Vivek is actively engaged in social work, reflecting his broader community commitment.

With a postgraduate degree in Mass Communication from Kurukshetra University and over five years of experience, he specialises in creating and editing video content and graphics. Rahul is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and collaborates with the team on creative projects, ensuring high-quality content under tight deadlines.
